Sarasota Military Academy (Sarasota, FL - Florida's Gulf Coast)
 (JV).  Available: ASAP.
Sarasota Military Academy's lacrosse program is actively searching for a coach for our boys’ junior varsity program to take over this month for the 2013-2014 school year.

SMA is a Sarasota County School District charter school, founded in 2002 as a pre-college based institution developed on the framework of JROTC. Our lacrosse program was founded as a school-based club team shortly thereafter and made the transition next year to an accredited Florida High School Athletics Association districted team. To date, our program remains the only public school sanctioned lacrosse program within Sarasota and Manatee counties, with both a varsity and junior varsity program.

As the lacrosse program is independent of the school, this is not currently a faculty position. However, it is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate, transplant or lacrosse enthusiast to build coaching experience and find excellent networking opportunities for career and personal growth in a vibrant, youthful community.
