The Griffins continued their dominance of Route 30 rival Saint Vincent with a 11-10 victory over the Bearcats on Senior Night. The win gives SHU the series sweep of SVC, and they have now won three of the last four games in the series.

SHU led 3-2 after the first period on goals by Chris Horigan, Joel Zalesky, and Shawn Fink. Zalesky and Horigan each tallied second period goals to send the game to the break tied at 5. SHU led 7-6 after three and scored four goals in a row in fourth quarter to lead 11-7. The Bearcats scored the final three goals of the game but could not find the back of the net with the game-tying goal.

Zalesky led the Griffins with four goals, Horigan and Fink each scored twice, and Justin Menefee and Nick Mitchell found the back of the net once each. Horigan and Dan Ruby each added two assists. Corey Struss had 13 saves in net. The Griffins finish the season at 9-7.
