No. 10 Seton Hill Eases by Grand Canyon
GREENSBURG, Penn. – Grand Canyon University lost to No. 10 Seton Hill Monday, 21-11, in the fifth straight game against a ranked opponent. Patrick Murphy (Coronado, Calif./Coronado HS) scored four goals and had an assist, and Scott Franks (Lakewood, Ohio/St. Ignatius) had two goals and three assists for the Antelopes (1-12). Murphy now leads the team with 18 goals and 26 points.
GCU Goalkeeper Andrew Hunter (Scottsdale/Desert Mountain HS) made 20 saves. Hunter is a big reason Grand Canyon University is ranked No. 1 in the nation in saves per game at 20.8.
The Antelopes will host Westminster College and Dominican University April 17-19 in the Baggataway Cup at GCU Lacrosse Stadium to close the season.
