US Lacrosse Welcomes Three New Staff Members

BALTIMORE US Lacrosse is pleased to announce the hiring of three new staff members: Stephen Berger, Shirley Moyer, and Megan Rhoads.

Stephen Berger joined the US Lacrosse staff as the Men's Division associate. Berger comes to US Lacrosse from Maverik Lacrosse where he was the Mid-Atlantic region sales manager. Before Maverik, Steve worked at Yellow Book USA and Mt. St. Joseph High School as the alumni relations director.

Berger is a 2004 Washington College graduate, where he earned a B.A. in sociology. He was also a three-time All-American at Washington College and the NCAA Division III Midfielder of the Year in 2004. He has played for the Long Island Lizards (Major League Lacrosse) since college and was named an MLL All-Star each of the last three seasons. Berger was a member of the 2008 U.S. men's lacrosse all-star team and was a member of the 2010 U.S. men's lacrosse training team.

Shirley Moyer is the newest data processing associate at US Lacrosse. She previously spent 10 years at Zurich American Insurance where she was a coding technician. Moyer is a graduate of the Community College of Baltimore with a degree in business management and data processing.

Megan Rhoads comes on board as the marketing communications specialist, a new position at US Lacrosse. Rhoads is a 2008 graduate of Gettysburg College where she was a varsity swimmer and a member of the Chi Omega sorority. Most recently she has worked as a communications specialist with the Maryland Department of Natural Resources.
