Moravian College Announces 2010 Men's Lacrosse Captains

The Moravian College men's lacrosse program announced that Bobby Devine and Chris Mohapp have been chosen co-captains to lead the 2010 Greyhounds. In making the announcement, Head coach Fran Meagher said, "These two young men did a great job leading our team in the fall and throughout the off-season. They are great examples of the commitment we expect to academic achievement, leadership development and competitive excellence."

Bobby Devine of Mountain Lakes, NJ, an accounting major, achieved Dean's List recognition for his academic efforts in the fall. He attended the IMA Annual Leadership Conference during the fall semester as a member of Moravian's Accounting Club and was honored for his athletic performance with a 1st team All Landmark Conference selection at midfield after the 2009 season.

Chris Mohapp of Jamison, PA majors in Mathematics and also achieved Dean's List recognition for his academic efforts in the fall. He serves as a peer tutor for the Math Department. Chris is also a member ODK National Leadership Society and plays attack for the Greyhounds finishing second in assists during the 2009 season.

In announcing the team leadership, Coach Meagher also released the 2010 roster. "I am really excited about this group of young men that has come together to compete for the first Landmark Conference AQ! While our two captains are outstanding and have earned the right to be our designated leaders, I believe their character, attitude and commitment is typical of the young men on this roster."
