Adelphi remained on top of the Division II poll for the third week of the 2010 season as they have not dropped a game and took all ten first-place votes. The same ten teams stayed in the rankings, with two pairs of schools switching ranks.
The PSAC continues to lead all conferences with four schools, starting with Lock Haven at No. 3 and followed by Mercyhurst at No. 5. West Chester starts the second half of the poll at No. 6 and Gannon moves up to No. 9. The Panthers of Adelphi lead three schools from the NE-10 in the rankings, as conference rival New Haven moves up to No. 8 while Stonehill drops to No. 10. The ECC has two schools, led by C. W. Post at No. 2 and accompanied by Dowling, who moved to No. 8. Limestone from the Carolinas Conference holds steady at No. 4.
On Wednesday, Mar 10, the No. 10 Skyhawks travel to Rollins (RV). On Sunday, a clash of South powers takes place in South Carolina as the No. 3 Lady Eagles face the No. 4 Saints.
