Dickinson Glides by Bryn Mawr in CC Opener
(Haverford, Pa.) - The Dickinson College women's lacrosse team improved to 3-1 on the season with a 16-4 win over Bryn Mawr in its Centennial Conference opener on Sunday.
The Red Devils jumped out to a 10-1 lead at halftime behind four goals and one assist from Kelsey Muir (Glen Mills, Pa./Academy of Notre Dame).
Lucy West (Bethesda, Md./Holton Arms) scored three goals and handed out one assist while Alysa Crellin (Little Compton, R.I./Portsmouth Abbey School) and Linzi Burstein (Alexandria, Va./TC Williams) each dished out three assists. Crellin controlled six draws as well.
Sunnie Ko (Springfield, Va./West Springfield) had a big day, scoring two goals and assisting four others. Jessie Clark (Devon, Pa./Conestoge) made one save in the first half and Amanda Morse (Massapequa, N.Y./Massapequa) stopped five shots in the second.
The Red Devils improve to 3-1 on the season. They travel to Catholic University on Tuesday.
