No. 5 Duke Routs Davidson to Reach the 10-Victory Mark

Jen Crawford got the 'Cats on the board at the 13:39 mark, but Duke went on another five-goal run to grab a 10-1 lead, which they would turn into a 12-3 halftime advantage. Cook picked up her two assists on the 'Cats other two goals in the half by Classen and Mugele.

Cook and Parker matched Duke with single goals each in the early stages of the second half and Davidson trailed 14-5. Cook closed out Davidson's scoring with a strike at the 12:31 mark, before the Blue Devils tacked on three more to finish out the game.

Davidson held a 14-13 advantage in draw controls, but were outshot 40-11 and were only able to draw three free-position shots, capitalizing on one of them.

The Wildcats return home for a National Lacrosse Conference game vs. Jacksonville, Apr. 10, at 1:00 p.m.
