Misericordia Rally Beats Lebanon Valley
DALLAS, Pa. - Misericordia scored three goals over the final 8:48 to overcome a Lebanon Valley lead and win, 11-9, in MAC women's lacrosse action on Wednesday.
The Dutchmen (5-5, 3-4 MAC) had led 9-8 after a five-goal spurt in the second half, but the Cougars (2-8, 1-6 MAC) responded with the rally to pick up their first conference win of the year.
Hana Krechel scored four goals to lead LVC, while Allison McGinniss and Suzanne Sullivan each netted a pair. Amanda Cubbage and Rachel Murkey also scored for LVC.
Erica Ameigh made 10 saves in goal in the loss. LVC will host Wilkes on Saturday.
