No. 18 Penn State Routs Temple to End Regular Season

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. - The 2010 season ended for the Temple lacrosse team with a 14-3 loss at Penn State (9-6). The Owls finish 7-10 overall.

Penn State dominated in the first half, recording 21 shots to Temple's six and taking an 11-0 lead by halftime.

The Owls got goals from Allison McWilliams and Stephany Parcell in a 2-0 run to start the second half, but were able to tally only more goal the rest of the way, scored by senior Chelsea Rosiek in the final game of her career.

Senior Jess Colucci recorded 13 saves in the game.

Temple went 4-3 in Atlantic 10 play this season and earned a berth in the A-10 Tournament where the Owls narrowly fell to top-seeded Richmond, 15-13.
