No. 13 Nazareth Sails by Medaille to Go 12-4

Senior Todd Dermody (Newfield HS/Selden, NY) saw his first action in goal for Nazareth since leaving the Golden Flyers' game against Stevens April 24th with an injury. Dermody played the first half in net and allowed three goals and made four saves. Sophomore Grant Williams (Westchester Academy/Houston, TX) played the second half and allowed six goals and was credited with seven saves.

Jordan Ellis started in net for the Mavericks and allowed 14 goals and made a game-high 10 saves in about 40 minutes of playing time. Chris Coogan finished the game and allowed the Golden Flyers' final eight goals. Coogan was credited with four saves. Joe Kozovski, Jim Luthart, and Jake Engelman each tallied two goals to lead Medaille's offense.

Nazareth finished with substantial advantages in shots (60-30), ground balls (53-29), and caused turnovers (13-4). The Golden Flyers also held a 19-14 edge in faceoffs. McLean won 12 of 17 faceoffs for Nazareth and collected a game-high eight ground balls.
