UC Davis Signs Six to Letters of Intent for 2010-2011

Nardi has excelled in numerous sports, currently starring in lacrosse and field hockey for former Aggie defender and current Cathedral Catholic High head coach Shannon Robinson. She earned All-San Diego Section second team honors in 2009 and All-San Diego City Conference first-team distinction as a sophomore and junior, compiling totals of 92 goals, 55 assists and 43 draw controls in those two seasons. As a freshman, Nardi led the Dons with 35 goals to earn her team's Rookie of the Year award as well as second-team all-conference. Outside of athletics, she remains active in the community as a member of SPRITES, a mother-daughter philanthropic organization.

Voris has won All-Avocado League in lacrosse, basketball and volleyball during her career at Mount Carmel High School. On the lacrosse field, she netted 14 goals as a freshman then broke through with a 20-goal season in 2008, earning her team's Best Midfielder award and All-AL honorable mention. A year later, Voris improved to 65 goals, repeated as the Sun Devils' Best Midfielder winner, and added all-league and All-North County first-team distinction. She also ranked among her volleyball team's kills leaders and was chosen as Player of the Game in the 2007 San Diego Section basketball title game.

UC Davis finished the 2010 season with an 11-6 season, advancing to the semifinal round of the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation tournament after a 13-11 comeback win over Oregon on April 29. The Aggies went 3-3 in MPSF games during the regular season, finishing in a tie for third place in the conference standings.
