Bret Newman

High School Coach - Carey Smith
A four-year starter and team captain, Newman was a 2010 All-American and All-Colorado selection and was voted first team all-state and all-conference for the second consecutive year. The school record holder for most career starts, he helped lead Fort Collins to the 2007 Colorado State Championship and a spot in the 2008 state finals. Newman, who played on Colorado's Under-19 team and was named to the Under Armour Midwest team in 2009, was also a three-time Academic all-state selection.
Jake Sharick
Midfield - 6-0, 195

High School Coach - John Galipault Jr.
A three-time All-Midwest selection, Sharick was a 2010 All-American and was also named first team All-OCC and All-Ohio. The three-year starter served as a team captain and received the Cardinals' Best Senior Award. Sharick finished his high school career with 112 goals and 85 assists.
Adam Trombley

High School Coach - Brian Hobart
A four-year starter, Trombley was a first team all-league selection and the Section Five Tournament Most Valuable Player. A member of three sectional champion teams, he was also named to the Section Five All-Tournament Team. Trombley finished with 121 goals and 198 assists in his high school career and won a national championship with Rochester Team Adidas in 2009.
