UC Santa Barbara, Lindenwood Release 2011 Schedules

The month of March features three road trips starting with a trip to Chicago for WCLL West Conference play as the Lions take on Marquette (Mar. 5), Wisconsin (Mar. 5), and Illinois (Mar. 5). LU will then prepare themselves for a trip to Colorado that features three NCAA opponents and a WDIA Final Four team. Starting with Adams State NCAA (Mar. 10), Mesa State NCAA (Mar. 11), Colorado (Mar. 12), and Regis NCAA (Mar. 13).

The Final road trip of the month marks the 1st ever spring break trip for the Lady Lions, when they head south to take on UC Davis (Mar. 26) and defending national champion Colorado State (Mar. 27) at the A-Town Throwdown hosted by the University of Georgia. The game against Colorado State is a rematch of the 2010 Final Four game that CSU won 7-5 over the Lions. From Georgia the Lions will head to Florida to take on Rollins (Mar. 29) in their final NCAA game of the year before facing Central Florida (Mar. 30) and Florida (Apr. 1).

LU finally returns home to wrap up the regular season at their Lindenwood Invitational hosting BYU (Apr. 7), Georgia (Apr. 8), conference rival Michigan (Apr. 9), and UCLA (Apr. 10) for senior day. The WCLL League Championships will be hosted by the University of Toledo, April 16-17. Scottsdale, AZ will once again host the WDIA National Tournament May 4-7.
