Susquehanna Downs Rochester in Hilton Head

HILTON HEAD, S.C. – The Susquehanna women's lacrosse team earned a 14-11 victory over Rochester in Hilton Head, S.C. Senior Sarah Wright (Princeton, N.J./Princeton HS) led SU with six goals and was one of four SU players with multi-goal performances in the victory.

Phoebe Nicholls (Princeton, N.J./Rutgers Prep) added three goals and Erin Dyer (West Caldwell, N.J./James Caldwell) and Lindsey Derstine (Coopersburg, Pa./Southern Lehigh) chipped in two goals apiece. Kirsten Detwiler (Montchanin, Del./Wilmington Friends) also scored a goal in the victory.

The Crusaders (1-2) close out their spring break trip tomorrow with a 12:00 p.m. game against Muhlenberg.
