Recap: King of the Spring 2011 Face-Off Classic

Finally, perhaps the most thrilling game of the tournament witnessed Norfolk Academy (VA) take down Providence Day (NC), 9-8, thanks to some late-game heroics on Saturday. Norfolk held on to an 8-7 lead late before Providence tallied the equalizer with 14 seconds remaining. But Norfolk wouldn't let the game go to an extra session. After a quick face-off win, the Bulldogs tallied the game-winner with less than two seconds remaining, sending the sidelines into a frenzy and ensuring of an undefeated run in the tournament.
