Player of the Year: Leslie Foard #15 Senior Midfielder Stanford
A Stanford athlete is represented as MPSF Player of the year for the third consecutive season, as Leslie Foard (Cincinnati, OH/Mariemont HS) is the 2011 recipient by leading the Cardinal from her midfield position. The senior scored 37 goals and dished out 18 assists in the regular season, for a team-high 55 points. Each statistic ranks in the top-five in the conference. In addition to scoring in all 16 games, Foard accumulated multiple points in each. Foard is also amongst the national leaders, second in the MPSF, and tops on the Cardinal with 48 draw controls. She was one of just two MPSF players this year to be a two-time conference player of the week honoree, on Feb. 14 and Mar. 7, and is one of 24 on the Preseason Teewaraton Watch List, an award given annually to the nation's top player.

Newcomer of the Year: Anna Kim #2 Freshman Midfielder Stanford
MPSF Newcomer of the Year Anna Kim (Clarksville, MD/River Hill HS) started all 16 games for the Cardinal as a freshman. She was one of seven Stanford players to score 15 goals on the year, as eight of her 16 came over the six conference wins. Kim recorded seven multiple-point games, putting away her first career hat trick at St. Mary's on April 3, along with a career-high four points. Kim had a game-high six draw controls on April 8 against second place Denver, on her way to 24 total for the regular season. Prior to Stanford, at River Hill High School, she was named the Comeback Athlete of the Year and Outstanding Athlete of the Year as a senior and was a member of the 2010 Teewaraton Watch List.

Coach of the Year: Amy Bokker Third Year Head Coach Stanford
Head Coach Amy Bokker earns her third consecutive MPSF Coach of the Year award, following a 14-2 regular season and No. 6 national ranking in the IWLCA Coaches' Poll. She owns 43 wins in her three years with the program heading into the 2011 postseason, including victories over then No. 10 Notre Dame and No. 5 Syracuse. She currently owns 133 career wins in 15 seasons, including an 11-year stint at George Mason where she is the winningest coach in program history. Bokker has coached two-time MPSF Player of the Year Lauren Schmidt, 2011 recipient Leslie Foard and newcomer of the year Anna Kim, and has placed seven players on this year's first-team all-conference list.
