Baltimore, Md. -- Third-ranked Mercyhurst captured its first NCAA championship in program history, holding off No. 5 Adelphi, 9-8, Sunday afternoon at M&T Bank Stadium. Junior Ian Wild scored four goals, including the game-winner, to earn the game's Most Outstanding Player award. In the Division III title game on Sunday evening, top-ranked Salisbury dominated No. 5 Tufts, 19-7. Junior Sam Bradman, the game's Most Outstanding Player, scored seven goals to lead the Sea Gulls to their ninth championship. Photos of the matches can be found at the links below.
