JHU Set for Alumni Game and Parkinson's Event

BALTIMORE, MD The featured attractions on Johns Hopkins fall schedule are quickly approaching, as the annual Blue Jay golf outing and alumni game are just a week away. The team's only outside competition is just two weeks away, as head coach Dave Pietramala and his staff wind things down for the fall.

Alumni game on Homewood Field at 8:00 pm with a reception to follow. Last year's event was a huge success drawing over 50 players and 200 participants in the post game event. Don't miss it. It should be another great night.

Play for Parkinson's Men's Lacrosse Series
Saturday, October 15, 2011 Episcopal High School (Alexandria, VA)

The Blue Jays will take on Penn State (2:00 pm) and Georgetown (4:00 pm) in the Play for Parkinson's Men's Lacrosse Series. This will be JHU's only outside competition this fall . The event benefits the ProjectSpark Foundation and will also include Princeton, Virgina and Army. Games are scheduled from 9 am until 6:00 pm (the JHU-GU game is the final game of the day) and there will also be a one-hour clinic/demonstration by members of the U.S. National Team.
