Winthrop Signs 19 for Inaugural 2013 Season

Jessica Hucke, Defense – Hauppauge HS/Smithtown, NY – Yellow Jackets Lacrosse Club
She is a three-year letterwinner and helped lead her team to the 2011 County Championship and into the Long Island Championship.

Camille King, Goalie – Severna Park HS/Severna Park, MD – SP Lax Club
She is a five-year letterwinner in lacrosse, basketball, and field hockey and lettered for one year in track and field. She has been a member of six state championship teams.

Hayley Krause, Attack – Bel Air HS/Forest Mill, MD – Sky Walkers Lacrosse Club
She is a four-year letterwinner in lacrosse and a one-year letterwinner in field hockey. As a junior, she was named Second Team All-County.

Logan McCarthy, Midfield – Broadneck HS/Annapolis, MD – Maryland United Lacrosse Club
She is a four-year letterwinner and was a member of the 2009 District V and County Championship teams. She also lettered four years in soccer.

Carrie Miskill, Defense – North County HS/Linthicum, MD – Sky Walkers Lacrosse Club
She is a four-year letterwinner. As a freshman, she was voted team Defensive MVP. She is also a.two-year letterwinner in field hockey and a one-year letterwinner in basketball.

Maggie Montanye, Defense – Franklin HS/Reistertown, MD – ROME Lacrosse Club
She has lettered four years in lacrosse, three years in soccer and two years in basketball.

Nadia Naja, Defense – Battlefield HS/Haymarket, VA – SuperNova Lacrosse Club
She is a four-year letterwinner and as a junior was named a All-District Honorable Mention.

Megan Patterson, Midfield – Charlotte Catholic HS/Charlotte, NC – Midwestern Force Lacrosse Club
She is a two-year letterwinner in lacrosse.

Samantha Pontius, Defense – Saints Peter & Paul HS/Easton, MD – Maryland United Lacrosse Club
She lettered four years in both lacross and soccer.

Megan Wallenhorst, Attack – Centennial HS/Ellicott City, MD – M & D Lacrosse Club
She is a four-year letterwinner and starter. As a sophomore and junior, she was a Second Team All-County selection.
