McDonogh (Md.) Snaps Vero Beach (Fla.) Girls' Streak

McDonogh School (Md.) has ended the Vero Beach (Fla.) girls' winning streak. It stood at 69 games, going back to 2009, before the Eagles flew by the Fighting Indians on Wednesday, 15-5.

McDonogh was LaxPower's No. 1 girls' program in the country for the 2011 season, and Vero Beach was ranked 15th.
