The Griffs were led by hat tricks from Carly Quinn and Megan Oosting, with Quinn adding an assist for a team-high four points. Leonard had two goals and a team-best three ground balls, while Oosting had three draw controls to lead the Griffs.
Fairfield finished the game with a 15-12 advantage in draw controls, and were whistled for fewer fouls, 20-14. The Griffs outshot Fairfield, 24-22, had a 16-14 edge in ground balls and had fewer turnovers, 16-12.
The Stags have now won 27 consecutive MAAC regular season games, and are the lone remaining unbeaten team in the MAAC.
Fairfield hosts Manhattan on Wednesday.
