CHESTER, Pa. – Behind three goals and an assist from Max Pfeifer, No. 5 Notre Dame won a hard-fought 12-10 battle over No. 8 Virginia in Sunday's first quarterfinal game at PPL Park. The Fighting Irish advance to play top-seeded Loyola. In the day's second quarterfinal, No. 3 Duke scored 13 unanswered goals, three by Robert Rotanz, to run past No. 9 Colgate, 17-6.
