Dominican (CA) Welcomes Nine Recruits for the 2013 Season

"'Steady' is the word that best describes Ian's game," Webster said. "He's a smart defender who doesn't take many chances extending out or going for the takeaway, but does a great job subscribing to a team defense. Having won a state championship, Ian understands the effort and sacrifice necessary to win."

Reis Stanley/Coronado, CA/Coronado HS/Goalie
Stanley was a two-time All-CIF goalie for the Islanders. In his four years at Coronado High, they were Southern CIF Div. II champions three times, including back-to-back titles this season and last. He was named the Islanders' defensive MVP this year.

"Reis has played huge in big games against nationally ranked teams with big-time perimeter shooters and crafty finishers, and he has never failed to impress," Webster said. "At 6-2, 190, Reis takes up a lot of cage and plays excellent position, forcing shooters to aim for corners. Once he makes the save, he's extremely comfortable with the ball in his stick and is more than capable of throwing an accurate outlet or directing a clear."
