Amelia Capone, Defense/ 5'7/Watertown, N.Y./ Watertown
Played four years of varsity lacrosse at Watertown ... Captain of the lacrosse team in 2012 ... Led team to Frontier League championship in 2011 ... Helped team win the Section III Class B championship and went to the final four in the NYSPHSAA state championship in 2009 and 2010 ... Ranked the No. 6 high school defender and No. 29 in the top-100 for all positions by ESPN in 2012 ... Named a Frontier League All-Star all four years ... Named all-north first team from 20010-12 ... Earned an ESPN All-American honorable mention in 2011 ... Selected as the starting defender for the Central team at the Empire State Games in 2010 ... Named to the all-tournament team at the state championship in 2009 ... A U.S. Lacrosse Academic All-American selection in 2011 and 2012 ...
