Cromwell to be Inducted into LI Metro Lax Hall of Fame

PISCATAWAY, N.J. (March 1, 2013) Former Rutgers men's lacrosse attackman and assistant coach Keith Cromwell is set to be inducted into the Long Island Metropolitan Lacrosse Foundation Hall of Fame Friday, March 1 at the Huntington Hilton Hotel in Melville, N.Y.

The program begins at 7:30 p.m. Cromwell will be a member of the 28th Annual Hall of Fame induction ceremony to honor the class of 2012.

Cromwell left his mark on the Rutgers record book, finishing his career (1998-2001) first in points (266), first in goals (152) and third in assists (114). The Hicksville, N.Y., native was a three-time USILA All-American, including First Team honors in 2001. The two-time team captain also participated in the 2001 North/South game.

Cromwell returned to Rutgers for one season in 2011-12 as an assistant coach for head coach Brian Brecht.
