Cromwell to be Inducted into LI Metro Lax Hall of Fame
PISCATAWAY, N.J. (March 1, 2013) – Former Rutgers men's lacrosse attackman and assistant coach Keith Cromwell is set to be inducted into the Long Island Metropolitan Lacrosse Foundation Hall of Fame Friday, March 1 at the Huntington Hilton Hotel in Melville, N.Y.
The program begins at 7:30 p.m. Cromwell will be a member of the 28th Annual Hall of Fame induction ceremony to honor the class of 2012.
Cromwell left his mark on the Rutgers record book, finishing his career (1998-2001) first in points (266), first in goals (152) and third in assists (114). The Hicksville, N.Y., native was a three-time USILA All-American, including First Team honors in 2001. The two-time team captain also participated in the 2001 North/South game.
Cromwell returned to Rutgers for one season in 2011-12 as an assistant coach for head coach Brian Brecht.
