No. 13 Duke Hammers Hoyas and Wins Fifth Straight Game

Duke opened the third quarter on a 6-0 run, before McFadden scored his second goal of the game on an assist from Reilly O'Connor with 1:12 left in the third quarter, making the score 16-4 going into the fourth quarter. Bucci and McFadden would each add another goal and Stafford scored his first goal of the season within the last minute of the game, as the Hoyas fell 19-7.

Georgetown returns home to Multi-Sport Field to host Marquette on Friday, March 29 with the opening face-off scheduled for Noon. The following Wednesday, GU returns to conference action against Big East rival Villanova under the lights at 7:00 p.m.
