NASHVILLE - Vanderbilt was held to its lowest offensive output of the season Tuesday in a 15-4 loss to No. 13 Stanford at the VU Lacrosse Complex.

Vanderbilt held Stanford scoreless for 20 minutes before the Cardinal got back on the board and eventually closed the half with a three-goal run to take a 7-2 advantage into the break.

Stanford continued its run in the second half, stretching its lead to 12-2 before freshman Emma Dagres scored on a fast-break opportunity directly off a draw control. Freshman Ashlin Dolan scored the Commodores' final goal of the game in the 57th minute.

Senior goalkeeper Chelsea Pasfield made 12 saves on the day and came up with two ground balls and one interception. Her Stanford counterpart, Lyndsey Munoz, made 13 saves.
