Lax Coach Mike: 1v1 Ground Balls to Traditional Fast Breaks
Once players get the hang of the drill, we have some options.
1. If you have enough players, run the drill going simultaneously up and down both ends of the field.
2. Add two lines (one offensive and one defensive) at the far midfield line and allow both to enter the drill once the initial middie gets within 10 yards of the box. Now we are 4v3 to 5v4, and, if we have the two trailers, 6v5.
