Tigers Fall to Cross-Town Rival Philadelphia

Mower finished the game with four points (three goals, one assist) and two ground balls. Sophomore attack Elizabeth Marrosu (Flemington, N.J./Immaculata) scored twice, while freshman defender Christine Page (Levittown, N.J./Macarthur) added a goal. Aside from her hat trick, Nichols recorded six draw controls, five ground balls, and four caused turnovers.

Holy Family received a pair of goals from Lancetta. Paige Settar, Brigit LaRose and Stephanie McNesby also scored.

The Rams' sophomore goalkeeper Kristen Moran (Walden, N.Y./Valley Central) posted five saves in the victory. Grace Deckert made 12 stops in the Holy Family net. Philadelphia owned a 31-14 shot advantage.

Philadelphia heads north to take on Nyack for the first-ever meeting between the schools on Saturday, April 13 at 1:00 p.m.
