WALTHAM, Mass. – Junior Kellyn Riccitelli (Cheshire, Conn./Cheshire) and freshman Alyssa Ritchie (North Andover, Mass./North Andover) both scored five goals and tallied an assist as Bentley College cruised to a 16-5 win over AIC Monday afternoon in Northeast-10 women's lacrosse action. It was the third consecutive win for the Falcons who moved above .500 to 6-5 overall and 5-4 in the NE-10, while AIC fell to 1-6 both overall and in league play.

Pam Gouger (Lyndonville, Mass.) scored the Yellow Jacket's third of the game six minutes later, but Bentley would then run off five straight goals, three by Ritchie, to take a 16-3 lead with 7:35 to play. The Yellow Jackets would score a pair of late goals to cut the final deficit to 11 as Bentley moved above .500 for the first time in the month of April.
Senior goaltender Lisa Cavallo (Hopkinton, Mass./Hopkinton) played well making 13 saves, while her counterpart Megan Trystman (Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa) made 12 stops for AIC. The Bentley defense played very well all afternoon, forcing AIC into 24 turnovers, 15 of which were caused by Falcon players. Junior defender Liz Maloney (Wilbraham, Mass./Minnechaug Regional) led the way with three caused turnovers, while Ritchie, senior Val Yorston (Hopkinton, Mass./Hopkinton) and sophomore Leslie Bullis (Falmouth, Mass./Falmouth) each forced a pair of Yellow Jacket miscues.
