No. 9 Nazareth Routs Castleton State in NCAA First Round

The final 30 minutes was all Nazareth as the home squad outscored Castleton 13-1 to finish with the 25-4 victory.

Davidson's assists gave him 61 for the season, establishing new single-season record. The sophomore's 111 points is also a Castleton record.

Despite the loss, seniors Sam Bailey, Alex Brands, Ken Bourneuf, Phil Patterson, Spencer Hunt, Luke Titus, Ryan Cave, Nohea King and Adam Farmer leave Castleton as the all-time winnigest class in program history, with 51 career victories over their four seasons. They also captured three North Atlantic Conference Championships and made three trips to the NCAA Tournament.
