Photos and Recap: Div. I/II North-South Senior All-Star Game

The South beat the North 16-10 in the 72nd Annual USILA/LaxWorld Division I-II Senior North-South All-Star Game Friday on the campus of Cabrini College. An up-and-down tempo saw seven different players from the South post double-digit points.

Villanova's Jack Rice netted a hat trick to earn Game MVP honors while Lehigh's David DiMaria had a game-high four points behind a goal and three assists. Marist seniors Connor Rice and Jack Doherty had a pair of goals each, scoring four of the North's 10 on the day.

The South opened up a 13-4 lead in the third quarter before the North ended the game by scoring six of the final nine. Both teams' goalies impressed as Bellarmine's Dillon Ward, a Third Team All-American, stopped eight of 12 in the first half before Towson's Andrew Wascavage stopped seven of 13. Jeff Lowman of St. John's and Matt Sharp of Siena combined for 16 saves for the North.
