Update #2: Wingate Recruits for the 2014 Lacrosse Season

Roukous lettered for head coach Tom Frears at General Brown High School at both the attack and midfielder positions. Roukous was the team captain and most valuable player his senior year, while scoring 27 goals and 40 assists. He led the team in assists and ground balls the same year, along with leading his squad to a league best 9-3 record. Roukous' junior year, he led the team in assists. Roukous was a two-time second team all-conference selection. He was also a two-time second team all-conference and All-North selection in football.

Wilson lettered at Patterson Mill High School, where he played both lacrosse and football. Wilson helped lead the Patterson Mill lacrosse team and head coach Jason Bellamy to four regional championships and to two state finals. He was chosen as the team's offensive most valuable player for three seasons and All-County first team for two years. Wilson ends his career with 199 career goals (his 62 in one season is a school record) and 120 assists.

The midfielder position brings in four exciting players. Aicllo lettered for head coach Keith Wieczorek at St. Anthony's High School. Aicllo also lettered in football and wrestling, serving as wrestling team captain his freshman and sophomore seasons. Daniel lettered at North Hagerstown High School for head coach Hammond Urner. His senior season, he recorded 21 goals, eight assists and 31 ground balls.

Joswick played his first two college seasons at Mohawk Valley Community College for head coach Darry Thorton. Joswick was an All-Star selection at the Paul Rose Memorial Tournament, along with being chosen to the All-Mountain Valley Conference first team. While the team's captain, Joswick scored 12 goals, dished out six assists and scooped up 83 ground balls. Joswick attended high school at New York Mills Senior High School, where he lettered for four years in basketball and three years in football, earning multiple awards in each sport.

Rosaschi comes to Wingate from Onondaga Community College, where he played for head coach Chuck Wilbur. He was a part of the undefeated NJCAA national championship team in 2013. Rosaschi lettered for two years for head coach Jon McCoy at East Syracuse-Minoa High School. He also lettered in golf for five years and received New York State Scholar-Athlete laurels for golf in eighth grade, ninth grade, 11th grade and 12th grade. Rosaschi was a part of the National Honor Society and graduated in the top fourth of his class.

Both defenders showed their athleticism in high school by lettering in two sports each. Finan lettered for four years at Lawrence High School and head coach Anthony Amirata. His senior season, he produced five goals, nine assists and a team-high 82 ground balls. Finan led his team to the Colonial Valley Conference Patriot Division championship. He was the team captain his junior and senior season. Finan also lettered for four years in ice hockey at the guard/wing position.

Humerickhouse lettered at General Brown High School. Humerickhouse led the team in ground balls his senior season. A team captain his junior and senior year, he was named an all-conference and All-North selection in those same seasons. Humerickhouse also lettered in football, gaining All-North status on the gridiron.

Ziegler lettered for three seasons as the goalkeeper at Meade High School for head coaches Don Sutton and Don Ziegler. Statistically, Ziegler recorded 205 saves in 2011, 206 in 2012 and 58 in 2013 through only seven games. He was the team captain for three seasons and was named the team's most valuable player for two years. Ziegler was named to the all-county squad as an honorable mention choice. Ziegler also lettered for two years each in swimming and golf.
