Mike Craig Joins Husson Lacrosse Staff as Assistant Coach

Bangor, ME -- Mike Craig (Kennebunk, ME) will return to the sidelines this spring as head assistant coach-recruiter and defensive coordinator. Craig first played collegiate lacrosse at Wheaton College and then McDaniel College before coming to Husson.

"I'm excited with the opportunity to join the Husson University men's lacrosse staff," Craig said. "I'm looking forward to working with and learning from Coach Gray, and helping this program progress to new heights."

Craig was a Second Team All-Conference long stick midfielder for the Eagles, as well as captain of the 2012 team. Last season, as a volunteer assistant defensive coach Craig managed various operations of the offseason program for the Husson Eagles.

"Mike brings his love for Husson Lacrosse back to the program. His dedication and leadership as a respected alum will help our players have the best experience that they can possibly have at Husson University. He's extremely professional and positive individual, and I know he'll do very well here," said Gray.
