Merrimack Inks 12 Recruits to NLIs in Early Signing Period

NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. Highlighted by a pair of All-Americans and a talented crop of talent from New England and the Tri-State area, head coach Mike Morgan is pleased to announce that 12 incoming student-athletes have signed National Letters of Intent to join Merrimack College in the fall of 2014 during the Early Signing Period.

Featuring 12 student-athletes in total, the Warriors' first batch of recruits for the Class of 2018 features a number of talented players from New York and Jersey, a handful more from Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and even boasts some talent from north of the border, as the Canadian province of Alberta is represented in the mix of signees.

Among the mix are a pair of All-Americans, although the early signees' honors are cumulative through just three seasons at the high school level; the 12 future Warriors will round out their high school and/or prep careers this spring with the opportunity to further add to their already impressive resumes. All 12 are slated to arrive in the fall of 2014 to begin their collegiate campaigns.
