Wood Nets Seven as Mavericks Run by Battlers

DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. (Feb. 21) Junior Jesse Wood (Binghamton, N.Y./Seton Catholic Central) scored a career-high seven goals and added an assist to lead Mercy to a dominant season-opening 18-4 victory over Alderson Broaddus on a cold and rainy Friday afternoon.
