The Big Red got a little offense going when Catherine Ellis sandwiched goals from Toppe and Tripodi to cut the deficit to 15-9.

Ariana Parker and Amanda Obenshain put the last two Albany goals on the board and with 51 seconds left to play, D'Amico had the final Cornell tally.

Moody, Toppe and Ellis had two goals each and Renee Poullott and Carly Gniewek combined for seven saves for the Big Red.
