HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. - Neumann scored twice during the final 1:57 and clipped Centenary 10-8 on Saturday afternoon, spoiling the Cyclones' first-ever game at the brand new J.E. Reeves Jr. Turf Field.

Centenary spotted the Knights a 5-0 lead after one quarter, but battled back by scoring five times in the second quarter.

Sophomore Kenton Gottshall(Toms River, N.J./Toms River East) got the Cyclones on the board at the 8:43 mark and senior Steve Orsini (Sewell, N.J./Washington Twp.) fired in a goal 42 seconds later, making the score 5-2.

Patrick Rose tallied the lone goal during the third quarter and added another just 35 seconds into the fourth, giving the Knights a two-goal edge.

Centenary trailed 8-5 when freshman Maxwell Boures (Stewartsville, N.J./Phillipsburg) scored off a feed from classmate Sam Nickelson (Pasadena, Md./Chesapeake). Sophomore Anthony Biango (Highland Lakes, N.J./Vernon Twp.) added a man-up tally to slice the deficit to one and then fed classmate Luke Tremont (Vernon, N.J./Vernon Twp.) for the game-tying goal.

Neumann took advantage of a Centenary turnover with two minutes to play as Ryan Lee converted a fast-break score to put the Knights ahead 9-8. Ryan O'Kane tacked on an insurance goal with 28 seconds left.
