Tyler O'Keefe Joins Lacrosse Coaching Staff at Rhodes

MEMPHIS, Tenn. Coach Dave Zazzaro and Rhodes Athletics are excited to announce the addition of assistant men's lacrosse coach Tyler O'Keefe to the Rhodes coaching staff.

O'Keefe comes to the Lynx from Springfield College, where he spent the past three seasons as the men's lacrosse defensive coordinator and goalie coach. Prior to coaching at Springfield, O'Keefe spent four seasons as a player for the Pride, where he led Springfield to four Pilgrim League Championships and four different appearances in the NCAA Division III National Tournament. O'Keefe was also a team captain for the Pride and a 2011 and 2012 Pilgrim League All-Conference selection.

O'Keefe comes to Rhodes with a wealth of coaching experience, including the three year stint as an assistant at Springfield, a coach for the New England Elite Lacrosse Club program, assistant coach at Concord High School for five seasons and an experienced camp coach at the Peak 200 Lacrosse Camp.

A 2012 graduate of Springfield College, O'Keefe earned a degree in criminal justice. He is currently pursuing a masters in Athletic Administration from Springfield College.
