Kenyon Knocks off No. 20 Bowdoin, 8-7

SYLVAN, Fla. - The Kenyon College men's lacrosse team outscored Bowdoin 3-2 in the fourth quarter to claim an 8-7 victory in Florida on Wednesday afternoon. The Polar Bears drop their spring break-opener and fall to 1-1 this season. The Lords improve to 4-1 on the year.

Bowdoin had seven different players score, led by a two-point day from Matt Chadwick (one goals, one assist). Cullen Winkler, Harry Ashforth, Ben York, Mike Giordano, Ben Holden and Brian Orr also found the back of the net for the Polar Bears. Charlie Legg played well, allowing just seven goals and making 10 saves.

Luke Larson scored three goals and Nate Prichard added two to lead Kenyon. David Page stopped a dozen shots in the victory.

Bowdoin will return to action on Friday against Clarkson.
