No. 6 Lock Haven Falls to No. 4 West Chester
WEST CHESTER, Pa. - The No. 6 Lock Haven University lacrosse team (3-2, 2-1 PSAC) fell to No. 4 West Chester University (4-1, 3-0 PSAC) 20-8 today on the road in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) action.
Leading the way for the Lady Eagles was junior midfielder Jessica Blickenstaff (Thurmont, Md./Catoctin), the reigning PSAC Player of the Week, who netted a team-high four goals.
Freshman Jamie Uzialko (Lima, N.Y./Honeoye Falls-Lima) had two goals for Lock Haven, who trailed 12-3 at the half.
Caitlyn Watts (Willow Grove, Pa./Archbishop Wood) and Rachael Williams (Gettysburg, Pa./Catoctin) each netted one goal for the Haven.
The Lady Eagles return to action on Saturday, March 29 at 1:00 p.m. when they play host to Millersville University in conference action.
