Justin Axel Named Head Coach at Eastern Connecticut

WILLIMANTIC, Conn. -- Justin Axel has been named the first full-time head men's lacrosse coach in the 12-year history of the Eastern Connecticut State University program and will officially begin his duties August 27. Axel becomes the fourth head coach in program history � third in five years. He replaces Nicholas Smith, who directed the Warriors to two post-season tournament berths and compiled a three-year record of 30-21. [full story]
