#11 Roanoke Defeats #12 Lynchburg for ODAC Title

SALEM, VA--For the second consecutive season, the Roanoke College men's lacrosse team defeated visiting Lynchburg College to claim the Old Dominion Athletic Conference championship. The Maroons defeated the Hornets 11-9 on Sunday in Salem, VA to earn the ODAC's automatic bid to the NCAA Division III tournament. The Maroons improve to 14-4 with the victory, just one win shy of tying a school record. Lynchburg falls to 13-4 and will await the word on an at-large bid. The ODAC title is Roanoke's 15th overall.
