BOSTON, Mass. -- Sophomore attackman Peter Kovach (Cohasset, Mass.) racked up a season-high seven assists and senior goalie Nick Eaton (Rowley, Mass.) stopped 18 shots to lead the University of Massachu-setts Boston Beacons men's lacrosse team over visiting University of Southern Maine Huskies, 13-3, Thursday in a cold, rain-soaked Little East Conference match at the Clark Athletic Center on the campus of UMass Boston. The Beacons improve to 4-3 overall and 2-1 in LEC play, while the Huskies fall to 2-5 and 0-3. [full story]
