Mount Ida Smothers Thomas to Advance to NAC Final
NEWTON, Mass. (April 28, 2007) – For the fourth year in a row, the Mount Ida College men's lacrosse team has advanced to the North Atlantic Conference Tournament Championship. The top-seeded Mustangs moved on to the title game by way of a convincing 19-3 victory over fourth-seeded Thomas College this afternoon at the Mount Ida Athletic Stadium. With its NAC Semifinal triumph today, Mount Ida (12-3, 7-0 NAC) extended its win streak to 11-straight. The Mustangs own a perfect 28-0 mark versus league foes in their history. [full story]
