#12 Cortland Tops Buffalo St. to Finish 7-0 in SUNYAC

BUFFALO, N.Y. – Cortland, ranked 12th nationally in Division III, outscored Buffalo State 11-4 in the second half to break open a tight game and defeated the Bengals, 15-5, in a SUNYAC matchup. The Red Dragons finish the regular season with a 12-3 overall record and a 7-0 league mark. Buffalo State was eliminated from SUNYAC tournament contention with the loss. The Bengals are 10-4 overall and 2-4 in the conference with one league game remaining Tuesday versus Brockport. [full story]
