NORTH DARTMOUTH, MA- Southern Maine scored seven consecutive goals midway through the first half, took a 9-7 halftime lead and went on to defeat the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth's women's lacrosse team, 14-11, in a Little East Conference first-round playoff game at Cressy Field Tuesday afternoon.
