Pioneers Clinch NEC Playoff Berth with Win at CCSU

NEW BRITAIN, Conn. (April 22, 2007) – The Sacred Heart Pioneers got four goals and three assists from senior Brianna Bubeck (Bethlehem, NY) on the way to a 17-10 win at Central Connecticut Sunday afternoon, clinching a spot in next weekend's Northeast Conference Tournament. The Pioneers finished tied for third place with Quinnipiac, both at 5-3, and will be the #3 seed in the tournament field. [full story]
