No. 4 Gettysburg Picks up Win vs. No. 11 Trinity (CT)

GETTYSBURG, Pa. � Senior attacker Jen Betts (Potomac, Md./Academy of the Holy Cross) tallied a game-high four goals and five points, and classmate Alexandra Ewing (Baltimore, Md./Garrison Forest) added a hat trick and an assist to lead No. 4 Gettysburg to a 13-8 win against No. 11 Trinity (Conn.) in NCAA regional semifinal action at Clark Field on Saturday afternoon. The Bullets advance to the regional final for the fifth straight year, where they will play host to No. 6 Hamilton, which defeated No. 15 Montclair State, 13-11, in the day's second semifinal to extend its winning streak to 16 straight.
